BEACH VOLLEYBALL

The sport of beach volleyball does not require tryouts to be held. According to the selection procedures provided above, team rankings are based on a points system. The BEACH VOLLEYBALL program has been dropped from the 4th PanAmDes Games due to not having at least 3 countries. (Posted 17 June 2007) The cut-off date for 2009 Summer Deaflympics will be determined after budget requirements are developed by USADSF's Games Preparation Committee. Here is a FAQ for beach volleyball athletes.

Here is the itinerary for Friday-Sunday, March 7-9, 2008.

We would like for everyone to arrive on Friday March 7, 2008 before 4:00pm (if possible). All sessions will be conducted in RIT's Clark Gymnasium.

PARTICIPANTS: The total application fee is $45.00 (membership) + $5.00 (tryout fee) = $50.00. The fee is non-refundable. The Athlete Selection Criteria document and four forms to fill out are in the "Tryout Information Sheet" below.
