The distinguished and highly respected Dr. Donalda Ammons will be the emcee. Dr. Ammons will entertain us through the evening with her anecdotes of Deaf Sports throughout 75 years. In addition, USADSF will recognize highly deserving individuals from around the country during its Hall of Fame Awards Presentation.

Come and see recently uncovered artifacts from past sports games, including videos never seen before! Excess memorabilia will be available for purchase. Also, you'll be able to view historic items which are being preserved for a future Deaf Sports Museum. In partnership with DeafNation, this event will be the exclusive Tuesday evening event during DeafNation World Expo which draws an estimated crowd of 15,000 individuals from around the world.

USADSF serves as the national governing body of deaf sports organizations in the United States. Its purpose is to regulate the rules of competition for affiliated organizations, facilitate the participation of US teams in international deaf competitions, and promote human rights and equity through sports.

We work hard to create opportunities for Deaf and Hard of Hearing athletes to represent the United States in international competitions. One major goal is to reduce and eliminate the financial burden of athletes and coaches in order to more effectively train and compete with international teams. The funds from this event go towards creating a sustainable athlete pipeline and ensure future US Deaflympians have the best resources to reach their dreams.

We encourage everyone to wear/bring their past Deaflympic sports apparel (warmups, jackets, pants, uniforms, etc.) to share with others. There will be prizes for the most spirited dressed! SO, come wearing red, white and/or blue!

We will see you soon, ready to celebrate the rich history of Deaf Sports!!
